Aromatherapy nebulizers are used to spread the scent of an oil into a room by dispersing in air. Aromatherapy vaporizers, humidifiers, diffusers allows you to relieve from respiratory problems such as cold, asthma and also helps your body to relieve stress, depression, anxiety.
Nebulizers are quite, cost effective and safe for both home and office environment. Rather than just evaporation a nebulizer spits out a visible stream of atomized particles of the essential oils into the air and fills the scent into the atmosphere of the entire room. Similar to other aromatherapy diffusers, nebulizers create the same level of fragrance. A nebulizer breaks the essential oil into tiny droplets, coverts the oil into fine molecules causing the fragrance to remain in the air for a longer time period.
Diffusers are a convenient way to spread scent of an essential oil around an area. Steam diffusion is one of the methods to release scent into the air where a steam is used to heat the oil and water is added to it, the oil evaporates and leaves the fragrance in a room. Lamp ring is another diffuser method, the oil is present in the ring of the lamp and as the bulb heats the ring, the oil evaporates and disperses the fragrance into the room. A fan diffuser blows air into the air and spreads the aroma. Electric heat diffusers use heat to diffuse scent into a room instead of air.
Both nebulizers and diffusers are a good method to diffuse fragrances into the room. They are easy and efficient that can be done also with households available at home. With the diffusion of scents the tend to provide a therapeutic effect and enable inhalers to relieve from stress, depression, anxiety and other respiratory problems and provides a well being to the mind, heart and spirit.

Know About Aromatherapy Carrier Oils
A carrier oil is a cold pressed vegetable oil derived from the fatty portion of the plant like the seeds and nuts. Like the essential oils in Aromatherapy, Carrier Oils do have a significant role in the treatment. Carrier oils are generally used to dilute the essential oils since the essential-oils are not supposed to be used directly on the skin. The dilution of carrier oil increases the absorbing power of the skin and hence essential oils are well absorbed.
All the carrier oils are cold pressed which helps them to retain the therapeutic benefits. The carrier oils which are not cold pressed do not have those benefits. The best oils which are cold pressed have a rich color and a good aroma. Unlike essential oils these carrier oils don’t evaporate and don't have strong aromas.
When essential-oils are applied to the skin undiluted, the skin gets irritated and shows some allergenic reactions in some individuals. Hence these carrier oils are added to them prior to the application which helps in carrying the oil into the skin.
Unlike essential oils these carrier oils become rancid if they are kept outside for a longer time. So it is always better to place these oils in the fridge. However, a refrigerated carrier oil can only be usable only for 9 months. The ratio of the essential-oil blended with the carrier oil is 20 drops of essential oil to 1 ml of carrier oil.
Different aromatherapy carrier oils are diluted with various essential oils for the treatment of different problems. Choosing a right carrier oil is the important thing in this process. Some of the commonly used carrier oils are sweet almond, avocado, grape seed, olive, jojoba and so on.
