There is a therapy that has been around for more than 30 years, yet it doesn't get much attention. I have seen Active Isolated Stretching change many people's lives by giving them the ability to relieve their own chronic pain. I have seen spinal stenosis sufferers able to walk 2-3 miles daily without pain after 5 years of their diagnosis. I have seen low back sufferers relieved from their pain within 1-2 weeks. I think i is worht looking into as a pain management therapy.
