Symptoms of Vitamin-B7 Deficiency

Vitamin B7 is known by different names such as vitamin H, Biotine-D, W Factor, Coenzyme R, D-Biotin. It is a water soluble vitamin. Studies show that although it works like an enzyme, it is in fact a vitamin.

Causes for Vitamin- B7 Deficiency: It may be because of certain medications including antibiotics. These may be associated with inadequate dietary intake and also with certain conditions such as alcoholism and mal absorption syndromes in which the body is unable to absorb efficiently nutrients and vitamins from the food that has been taken.

Symptoms for Vitamin- B7 Deficiency: These deficiency can observed by their symptoms that include, red scaly rash around the eyes, nose, mouth, thinning of the hair. The nervous system symptoms which includes depression, exhaustion, tinglings of harms and legs, and hallucinations, These deficiency has the evidence to result diabetes.

Health Issues for Vitamin- B7 Deficiency: The health issues arises because of these deficiency include alopecia, rash, immune deficiency, dry skin, parasthesia, avidin etc.

Sources for Vitamin- B7 Deficiency: Some of the good food sources vitamin B7 are, liver, fruits, meats, egg yolks, fish and kidney. Some other sources include unpolished rice, oats, soya beans, nuts, brewer's yeast, potatoes, bananas, broccoli, spinach and cauliflower.
