Your Actions Reveal What You Are

Generally, most people don't mean what they say. There is dissimilarity between what people say and what they actually mean. According to a research study, the impact of what you say is 10%, how you say it, i.e. voice inflection, quality of tone and so on is 35% and the remaining 55% is body language.

There are two types of communication; the verbal and the non-verbal. The later is usually termed as body language. The body also has a different language. There is a meaning in each and every body movement. According to the Oxford dictionary, “A sign is a movement of a part of the body to convey an idea or meaning” or “An action performed to convey one’s feelings or intentions.” It’s a form of verbal communication.

There are some tips for good-looking body language; you should have a proper eye contact which you give to others, having a good posture is also important because it reflects the state of your mind. While shaking hands don’t squeeze or hold floppily it gives the negative feeling on your path.
