Multivitamins are additional supplements recognized by the food standards of human diet with vitamins, minerals and other nutritious elements. These vitamins are available in the form of capsules, tablets, pills and energy drinks, liquids, powder and injections. People who don't get any vitamins despite taking proper diet as they have some health complexity. And some people who suffer with fatal diseases also face some problems due to lack of multivitamins. In fact there are more than 100 healthy components in fruits and vegetables, but in an average multivitamin bottle there are only 12-25 nutrients.

The most common nutrients in multivitamins are Vitamins A, C, D, E, B6, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, panothetic acid, biotin, vitamin B12, vitamin K and also minerals like iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, potassium, selenium, copper, manganese etc.
